Japan's leading electric mobility innovator, Terra Motors, has entered the Pakistani market with the launch of its first electric three-wheeler, 'Kyoro'.

The Kyoro can be used for passenger transport as well as last-mile logistics and is reflective of Terra’s vision for clean, affordable, and high-quality mobility solutions across Asia and Africa.

Kyoro specifications

The Kyoro has a quoted top speed of over 55 km/h and an impressive range of up to 200 km per charge. It has an 11.7 kWh battery and a 2-speed gearbox, which provides smooth, fast acceleration and can climb gradients of up to 22%.

A 4-hour charging time and low operating costs make Kyoro a practical solution for urban transport while supporting Pakistan’s shift to locally sourced clean energy.

“As a Japanese company, we are proud to bring our advanced EV technology and trusted engineering to Pakistan,” said Go Suzuki, Managing Director of Terra Motors Corporation.

“We see Pakistan as a key market where we can reshape the landscape of sustainable mobility. By launching Kyoro and collaborating with local partners, we aim to create jobs, reduce fuel dependency, and establish a cleaner, more efficient transport ecosystem.”

Actively looking for sole distributor partners in Pakistan, Terra’s entry is believed to provide a fillip to the local industrial ecosystem by prompting value addition in EV manufacturing, employment opportunities, entrepreneurship, and small business creation.
