- If you have a valid fee receipt or appointment in the old system, use the same e-mail address in the new system.
- If you paid visa fees before February 3, 2025, enter the payment date and your receipt number in your new profile.
Meanwhile, it is important to note these terms and conditions:
- All fees paid are non-refundable.
- A visa does not guarantee entry into the US.
- A visa allows a foreign citizen coming from abroad, to travel to the United States port-of-entry and request permission to enter the US.
- Permission to enter can only be given by a Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) official.
- You may not enter the US with an expired visa. The visa must be valid at the time you enter the US.
