In Nadra, the attestion of your application form can be done by your blood relative. The condition provided is that applicant should have a CNIC or your father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, or even your life partner can do the biometric verification of your application.
And if biometric verification is done then there is no need for any further attestation. However, in case these people are not available, then you can also get your application verified from any public representative or Gazette officer who is of 17th grade or above officer.
Person doing verification should remember that giving wrong verification is a crime as per law. Whatever document you're attesting, make sure to verify it once, and if you are being presented a Nadra application form for verification, then ensure to verify them once.
Apart from this, if anyone tries to adopt any wrong method for attestation, Nadra will take action against them under sub-section (2) of Section 30 of the Nadra Ordinance. Applicant will get punish of six months imprisonment and fine of Rs50,000 or both.
