Microsoft has announced four new games coming to Xbox Game Pass in late 2025. These games were revealed during the ID@Xbox Showcase, an event highlighting upcoming indie games for Xbox.
This year has already spurred notable excitement among the Xbox Game Pass subscribers with the release of popular titles like Obsidian Entertainment’s Avowed, Eternal and Citizen Sleeper 2.
Xbox Game Pass four new games
The following titles will be available as day-one releases on Game Pass:
- Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault: An action RPG and sequel to Moonlighter, where players take on the role of a shopkeeper who explores dungeons.
- Tanuki Pon’s Summer: A cosy simulation game where players control a lazy Tanuki working part-time at a post office, delivering packages and making friends.
- Buckshot Roulette: A dark indie game where players engage in Russian roulette using a 12-gauge shotgun. Already popular on Steam, it offers a tense and suspenseful experience.
- Echo Weaver: A Metroidvania game set in a glitching time loop, where players explore a ruined society.
More Game Pass games
Before the launch of these four titles in late 2025, Xbox Game Pass will receive several other exciting indie games:
- 33 Immortals: Launching on March 18
- Descenders Next, Blue Prince, and Tempopo: Coming in April
- Revenge of the Savage Planet: A third-person shooter, releasing on May 8
