After causing an enormous hype in the realm of high-end smartphones, Apple's latest iPhone 17 sale has been kicked off globally, except in China.
This shows that the all-new iPhone 17 series is now available in most parts of the world, with the exception of the US' arch-rival country.
The opening of Apple's latest smartphone sale comprises the iPhone Air and the iPhone 17 series, which consists of four variants, including the standard iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and the long-rumoured iPhone Air, Apple's thinnest phone ever.
These iPhone models have officially hit the market across 63 countries.
That said, buyers can now purchase the latest iPhone models through Apple's online and retail stores, as well as from authorised third-party resellers.
Major countries where the iPhone 17 is available include the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, Turkey, the UAE, Vietnam, and Colombia, among others.
This massive expansion of availability is expected to drive iPhone sales momentum for Apple's newest iPhone models in both established and emerging markets.
Unfortunately, iPhone freaks in China won't be able to buy the iPhone Air as the device has been delayed due to eSIM compliance concerns. It's worth noting that Apple has provided no timeline for the device's availability in China.
In spite of this setback, Apple's push to make its latest smartphones available globally shortly after their disclosure outlines the iPhone maker's efforts to capitalise on consumer demand and maintain its market dominance.
