Capcom, a Japanese video game company, has unveiled its full Gamescom 2024 lineup. The Japanese company’s plans for the forthcoming event integrate a handful of games, with Monster Wilds being the highlight of Capcom’s show floor.

The 2024 edition of Gamescom is expected to run from August 21 through 25 at its traditional Koelnmesse venue in Cologne, Germany.

The event’s official site has listed Capcom as one of its exhibitors since spring 2024. However, no concrete information about the Capcom Gamescom presence has been shared until August 7.

Capcom adding Monster Hunter Wilds demo to Gamescom 2024 lineup

Capcom has officially outlined its Gamescom 2024 lineup, which is set to integrate five games. The star of the Capcom Gamescom 2024 lineup will be the much-awaited Monster Hunter Wilds, which will be displayed through a first-ever demo.

Particularly, Capcom is set to add over 60 playable demo stations to the event, covering more than 900 square meters (2,952ft²) in total.

Moreover, Capcom is utilising the upcoming convention as a chance to display Street Fighter 6’s Terry Bogard. The bundle including Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth and AA Investigations 2: Prosecutor's Gambit is scheduled to release on September 6.

Capcom Gamescom 2040 attendees will have a chance to try out the recently released Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess at the event. Monster Hunter Now will round off Capcom's event lineup, as the company aims to host its developer, Niantic, in its showroom hall.

The game's dedicated area is set to be the part of celebrations commemorating Monster Hunter Now's first anniversary, providing fans an opportunity to sneak peek at some of the new monsters, features, and other upcoming content. Capcom's Gamescom 2024 booths are set to be located at stand A050 in hall 4.2 and stand A070 and C079 in hall 9.1.
