BISE Rawalpindi Acting Chairman and Commissioner Aamir Khattak has ordered full Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) surveillance of all the marking examination centres along with the biometric attendance of staff deputed at these examination centres.

He ordered strict action against any exam irregularities, indicating zero tolerance for malpractices.

During a high-level meeting with board officials and Khattak declared the zero-tolerance policy towards negligence, paper leaks, favouritism, and other malpractices.

He ordered that all pending disciplinary cases be concluded within one week and called for setting up an examination control room for on-the-spot real-time monitoring.

"Transparency and discipline in the examination process shall not be compromised," Khattak asserted, reiterating that sensitive centres should be kept under constant surveillance.

Officials briefed the commissioner about the preparations regarding the 2026 SSC-I and HSSC-I annual exams, in which a total of 243,064 candidates are going to appear in SSC-I, while 157,856 candidates will appear in HSSC-I.

The steps include monitoring systems of practical labs and marking centres, pre-exam training regarding supervisory staff, an online billing system regarding exam personnel, and strict action against examiners in case of marking errors.
