The National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) on Friday launched a new modern website, which will provide ID-related services online.
Nadra spokesperson stated that Pakistanis will now be able to get ID-related services, including identity card, National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP), Pakistan Origin Card (POC), Family Registration Card (FRC), integrated on one platform.
What does Nadra website offer?
"Registration data and statistics are available in the form of maps on the NGRIDS system. A comparative overview of census and registration at the district level has also been provided, Nadra said. "Map gallery introduced to guide research activities and planning."
The authority further added that national and provincial level statistics and trends are also available on the website. Pakistanis will get an integrated system for registration of births, deaths, marriages and divorces, which will be prominent.
Meanwhile, Nadra has also revealed that while using PakID mobile app, citizens need to make sure that their SIM is active so that they receive the OTP code on time and the internet connection is stable.
