Epic Games has officially launched two new game modes in Fortnite Blitz Royale, which is a big step for fans of the well-liked battle royale game.
After the "Super Showdown" live event, the new modes, Six Stack and Pure Chaos, will be released on August 2, 2025. Six Stack will encourage cooperation and strategy by enabling players to form groups of six for the first time in Blitz Royale.
In contrast, Pure Chaos will have more syphons and more skilled opponents, making the game more difficult for players.
Fortnite Season 3 Chapter 6 has placed a lot of emphasis on superheroes like Superman and Robin, which is expected to come to an end with the "Super Showdown" live event on August 2 at 2:30pm ET.
The occasion will serve as a prelude to the upcoming season, which is anticipated to debut in August. According to Epic Games, Dragon Ball items will be added back to Fortnite in Blitz Royale along with the new game modes, following the live event.
Additionally, there are rumours that new Dragon Ball skins will be available on Fortnite, possibly inspired by the recently released Dragon Ball Daima series.
Epic Games has chosen to make Blitz Royale a permanent game mode in response to its popularity.
Due to its popularity, the mode's original one-month duration was extended by four weeks. Fans are positive about Fortnite's future and have embraced the decision to make Blitz Royale permanent.
