Following the much-awaited launch of Google Wallet in Pakistan, Bank Alfalah has integrated the contactless payment facility for its online banking services.
Like some other banks in the country, Bank Alfalah customers across Pakistan can now add their credit and debit cards to Google Wallet on Android and Wear OS devices.
"The integration of Google Wallet aligns with our vision of enhancing financial accessibility while ensuring robust security measures," said Mehreen Ahmed, head of the retail banking division at the Bank Alfalah.
The development underscores the significant strides the bank is taking to be on par with global standards of financial inclusion, embracing Google's cashless transactions accessible worldwide.
Google Wallet in Pakistan comes as a multifaceted option for individuals more prone to make cashless payments in apps, on the web, and wherever it is accepted.

Apart from Bank Alfalah, Google Wallet has been widely supported by numerous renowned banks across Pakistan, facilitating their customers to add their debit and credit cards.
