The development was brought to light by 343 Industries, the developers of Halo Infinite, as reported by Windows Central.
The imminent addition of a remarkable feature coincides with the launch of the Halo World Championship 2024 series, whose in-the-works footage has been shared by the publication.

"Experience a new way to play! 3rd Person Mode is coming to Halo Infinite this November," the developers shared on social media.
At the moment, details are scarce regarding whether it will be debut as a selectable option, or if it will be incorporated in the campaign mode or will be exclusive to multiplayer. Footage shared by the publication is from the multiplayer, but only time will provide further insights into it.

While the release date for the Third Person Mode in Halo Infinite has not been released, 343 Industries hinted that enthusiasts eagerly awaiting it can expect it sometime in November 2024.
Previous reports about the release schedule of the new feature in Halo Infinite involved the remarks of the Xbox's head of consumer products John Friend wherein he mentioned that the game maker is mulling commemorating some significant anniversaries of Xbox-owned franchises, including the 25th anniversary of Halo.
What perhaps gives us the most accurate idea on the timetable of Third Person Mode's release in Halo Infinite is that the 20th anniversary of Halo 2 is falling on November 9, 2024. Halo 2 played a vital role in establishing the franchise which led to its success.
