The Sindh government has introduced a Free Electric Pink Scooter Scheme for women to enhance daily commutes and facilitate independence. The scheme, initiated by the Transport and Mass Transit Department, provides free electric scooters to female working women and students throughout the province.

How to apply for free Electric Pink Scooty Scheme
- Visit the Sindh Mass Transit Authority’s website.
- Go to the “Projects” section.
- Click on “EV Scooty Ballot Form – Application Form.”
- Fill in your details and upload the required documents before submitting the form.
Documents you need for free Electric Pink Scooty Scheme
- CNIC (front and back)
- Domicile Certificate
- Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC)
- Valid car or motorcycle driving license (front and back)
- Student ID card or employee ID card
Applications will be accepted only from women who are permanent residents of Sindh, possess a valid driving license, and are either students or working. Candidates selected for this scheme will be picked up in an open ballot by Transport, Finance, and Excise department officials and media persons.
Successful applicants have to undergo a road safety skill test and promise not to transfer or sublet the scooter for a period of seven years. Helmet supply, training, vehicle registration, and provision of access to EV charging points are also part of the scheme.
