Alfa Mall is offering a new instalment plan that makes it easier for iPhone 17 Air users in Pakistan to complete their Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) registration. Many buyers have held off on activating their phones because PTA taxes raise the overall cost.

The new zero-interest plan now lets customers pay the tax in smaller instalments instead of a single large amount.

The offer is designed for users who want to get their iPhone 17 PTA approved legally but cannot afford to pay it up front.

The customer can now split the tax into manageable instalments through Alfa Mall's website or app while keeping their device active on local networks.

Open the PTA registration link on Alfa Mall’s platform to initiate the process. The page demands the phone’s International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), the customer’s name, and their CNIC.

Proceeding with the details, the user has to select a payment option. The payment choice can either be a full upfront amount or the buy-now-pay-later option to move ahead with instalments.

Customers can then decide on a 3-month or 6-month plan. Having chosen, they then follow through with the checkout procedure.

Bank Alfalah charges a one-time processing fee, including Federal Excise Duty (FED), for all zero-markup plans. The 3-month plan has a 3% fee, and the 6-month plan has an 8% fee. This facility is only extended to Bank Alfalah credit card holders.
