Nintendo finally uploaded a gameplay video of Metroid Prime 4: Beyond during Nintendo Direct. The brief footage was classic Metroid Prime, boasting violent first-person gunfighting and viewing stuff in the environment.

However, people have to wait while playing it for themselves. The company provided an unclear 2025 launch window for the title. Gadinsider has embedded the official trailer link of Metroid Prime 4: Beyond.

The game was initially unveiled on June 13, 2017, with only a logo, as the company revealed that it was rebooting the title in January 2019. Nintendo unveiled that the actual developers of the series, Retro Studios, might be taking over.

However, there are a lot of new Metroid to play. Metroid Dread was a perfect return to the series’ 2D roots, and Metroid fans received a treat in 2023 when Nintendo showcased Metroid Prime Remastered.
