If your child's age is between 3 and 18, then the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) has made it mandatory to obtain a new child B-Form.

According to officials, parents are now required to register the child with the Union Council (UC) within one month and obtain a separate B-Form for each child from Nadra.

"For a child of 3 years old, B-Form will be made without image, while B-Form of children between 3 and 10 years will include an image.

"For children aged 10 to under 18, a photograph and biometric fingerprint are mandatory for the B-Form," said the authority.

How to apply for B-Form

To apply for a B-Form in Pakistan, you can access Nadra's online portal or visit a registration centre, requiring your valid parent CNIC/NICOP, the child's birth certificate from the UC, and the child's photo/biometrics (depending on age).

Eligibility criteria for B-Form?

For the issuance of new B-Form, Nadra stated that either the parent or the legal guardian needs to visit the Nadra centre with the child.

Required documents (Guardian):

Parents can also apply for a new B-Form via the Pak-ID mobile application from the comfort of their home.
