Ola Electric’s AI chips
Ola Electric’s top officials unravelled their plans to bring an entire series of AI chips. The first chip is all set to be rolled out in 2026, which includes three models including Bodhi 1, Ojas, and Sarv 1.
Bodhi 1
Bodhi 1 is the first member of this family which is efficiently developed in India, and positioned as a great competitor in large language models (LLMs) and other third-party apps that need high-performance vision processing.

Moreover, Bodhi 1 is claimed to support power efficiency, deeply integrated with high-end technology catering to AI demands.
Ojas
Ojas is the second model of this AI lineup which is specifically manufactured to meet the expanding demands and offers advanced AI solutions. It’s a flexible chip with an extensive array of applications all over the automobile industry, the Internet of Things (IoT), and other sectors.
This chip is planned to be integrated into the upcoming electrical vehicles (EVs).
Sarv 1
Sarv 1 is a general-purpose server CPU which is particularly developed on the Arm instruction set, which efficiently addresses the exponential increase in AI requirements in the modern industry.
Moreover, Ola Electric exhibited significant performance along with power efficiency benchmarks, and even it juxtaposed its AI chips to Nvidia GPUs, which are currently leading the race in AI hardware and dominate the entire AI landscape.
Ola Electric’s AI chips release date
As mentioned earlier, the first AI chip Bodhi 1 would be rolled out in 2026. However, the release date of the remaining two chips is still under wraps. Additionally, there is a lot to be displayed and interpreted in these chips and Ola Electric would surely do it soon.
