Oppo is set to officially launch its Pad Air 5 tablet on December 25 and has begun teasing key details ahead of the launch. Early promotional information and official images reveal a slim, minimalist design, positioning the Pad Air 5 as a modern mid-range tablet offering.
The device can be purchased in Wi-Fi model and 5G version, depending on the connectivity requirement.
Oppo Pad Air 5 specs
According to Oppo, the Pad Air 5 comes with a 2.8K screen and sports a massive 10,050mAh battery, designed to provide support for prolonged usage for tasks such as office, entertainment, and educational activities.
For memory and storage, Oppo has announced three variants: 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, and the flagship variant offering 12GB RAM + 256GB storage.
The storage options available indicate that Oppo wants to target users looking for normal as well as heavy multipurpose usage performances.
The Pad Air 5 will arrive in two colours: Starlight Pink and Space Grey. Oppo has started the registration of interest for the tablet in China, which signifies that the device will be up for sale shortly.
In order to encourage the first buyers, Oppo has come up with attractive offers for these initial sales. A free protective case worth CNY 99 (approximately $14), along with a free smart stylus worth CNY 299 (approximately $42), will be given to the buyers.
