Pokémon Legends: Z-A has released version 1.0.2 in Pakistan and worldwide. The update rolled out on Thursday is mandatory for accessing online Ranked Battles, which will ensure that trainers can compete without running into bugs.
With this new version, the developer has addressed the issues related to bugs that have prevented players from completing many missions.
In other words, if a Pokémon acted just as the time of day changed, their attacks would miss. Another fix ensures that players can change team members whether or not their opponent is using Mega Evolution.
An issue causing trainers to not be able to catch Pokémon if the box storage system wasn't accessed prior to the player's first Rogue Mega Evolution battle has been fixed.
Ranked Battles were also updated for a better competitive experience. In Pokémon Legends: Z-A, Game Director Aiko Tanaka shared, "Ranked Battles now reward players consistently. No points are deducted between ranks, making it easier to progress."
Players in Season 2 will receive a Greninjite Mega Stone for achieving Rank Y and a Delphoxite Mega Stone for Rank S, instead of the Rank K in Season 1.
These updates will provide players additional efficiency and rewards for travelling the ranks quicker as they prepare to engage in competitive outer region contests, especially for trainers in Pakistan.
In addition to bug fixes and ranked battle modifications, Pokémon Legends: Z-A teased at the upcoming Mega Dimension DLC that will provide Mega Stones for the Mega Raichu X and Y and introduce the Mythical Pokémon Hoopa that makes wormholes to other dimensions.
Although some bugs still exist in the game, such as for some Shiny Alpha Pokémon, trainers in Pakistan can now enjoy fuller, steadier gameplay with version 1.0.2.
