This advanced service allows PTCL customers to pay and view their bills directly via WhatsApp, representing a substantial leap forward in digital customer service for Pakistan’s telecom sector. The signing ceremony for the release was organised at PTCL Headquarters in Islamabad. The attendees include the top officials from PTCL, eOcean and PayFast.
