Samsung's upcoming midrange phone, the Galaxy A56, rumours are being surfaced, giving a full look at its design and features. This smartphone is expected to launch in March 2025, around the same time as iPhone SE 4 and Google Pixel 9a.

According to the Verge, a popular tipster Evan Blass shared rotating GIFs of the phone, showing it in silver, pink, black, and pale green.

Samsung Galaxy A56 leaks

The design of the Samsung Galaxy A56 includes flat edges, a thicker bottom bezel, and a new camera island that groups the three lenses on a black background. A unique change is the power and volume buttons, which now sit on a slightly raised section of the phone's frame instead of being flush with it. Earlier leaks from TENAA and Android Headlines confirm this design.

The Galaxy A56 specs remain uncertain, but leaks suggest it will be powered by the Exynos 1580 processor. It is expected to have a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging, which is even faster than the Galaxy S25’s 25W speed.

Moreover, the rear cameras are likely similar to the previous models: a 50MP main sensor, 12MP ultrawide, and 5MP macro, while the selfie camera is rumoured to get an upgrade to 12MP.

Samsung Galaxy A56 release date

The Samsung Galaxy A56 release date is expected in mid-March 2025, alongside the Galaxy A36 and A26. However, Samsung has not confirmed anything yet related to the upcoming smartphone.
