The market of high-end foldable smartphones has swelled more than ever, but Xiaomi has teased the launch of its latest foldable phone, the MIX Flip 2, in a bid to surpass the competition with back-to-back iterations.
The official teaser of the MIX Flip 2, giving a sneak peek into what the handset might look and feel like, comes ahead of a grand event scheduled for June 26 at 7:00pm local time.
Besides pulling the veil off the latest model of the MIX Flip 2, the event is believed to be one of Xiaomi’s largest yet, with various new products —including smartphones, tablets, wearables, AI gadgets, and even a new electric vehicle (EV)— expected on the sidelines.
Xiaomi MIX Flip 2 teased ahead of launch
It has been brought to light that Xiaomi will roll out not only the MIX Flip 2 but also the Pad 7S Pro, Redmi K80 Ultra, Redmi K Pad, and many more of its flagship devices at the June 26 event. These include the Xiaomi AI Glasses, Open Earphones Pro, Mi Band 10, and Xiaomi Watch S4 (41mm).
Xiaomi YU7 to be unveiled on June 26
On top of all that, Xiaomi will also introduce its second EV and first-ever SUV, the YU7, disclosing pricing details for the YU7 for the first time. The MIX Flip 2 will be available in Black, Gold, Purple, and Cyan.

- Camera: Developed with Leica, featuring a 50MP main camera and a 50MP ultrawide lens
Other notable properties of the latest MIX Flip 2 include an IR blaster, NFC support, and IPX8 water resistance.
