In a move to meet the changing needs of its customers, renowned Pakistani telecom operator Ufone 4G has teamed up with oladoc, the country’s largest digital healthcare platform.

This partnership aims to provide affordable and accessible healthcare to millions of Ufone 4G users across Pakistan through oladoc’s extensive services.

The joint effort comes as Pakistan is facing a significant healthcare imbalance, with most doctors located in urban areas while 62% of the population lives in rural regions. Also, a big number of remote health facilities are under-resourced, which compels families to travel long distances for basic medical care.

By combining Ufone 4G’s wide network with oladoc’s access to over 25,000 doctors and specialists, this collaboration seeks to bridge the gap in Pakistan's healthcare sector, enabling underserved communities to receive timely consultations and essential medical services while staying home.

PTCL Group VP of Marketing Atta Ur Rahman Mir and oladoc CEO Abid Zubairi signed the partnership agreement, paving the way for Ufone 4G subscribers to access a numerous healthcare benefits in a simplified manner. These advantages include free video consultations, discounts on in-clinic appointments, lab tests, medicine delivery, and surgery bookings, all available through the oladoc app.

The subscription plan is exclusively for Ufone 4G prepaid customers, with affordable options starting at just Rs5 per day.

This partnership marks a breakthrough at the intersection of telecom services and healthcare accessibility in Pakistan.
