From being an ordinary virtual assistant to becoming an indispensable element in nearly all walks of life, artificial intelligence (AI) seems to have become a saviour for humans' relationship issues, as ChatGPT just saved a couple from getting divorced.

Struggling to adjust and coming to terms with each other, it has reportedly become a trend among uneven couples to seek a pinch of AI support in order to rekindle the spark of love and understanding for each other.

According to The Express Tribune, a Los Angeles-based couple, Dom Versaci and Abella Bala, attribute ChatGPT for saving their marriage, which was headed toward divorce.

“ChatGPT has saved our relationship,” claimed Abella Bala, 36, an influencer talent manager in the US, in an interview with The New York Post, disclosing how they sought the AI platform's help in resolving their marital issues.

After realising that just a couple of keystrokes and an internet connection could do wonders to their relationship woes with AI, the couple resorted to using ChatGPT as a non-judgmental and neutral counsellor to get back on track instead of keeping their resentments unaddressed.

It was learned that the couple began taking ChatGPT's help when they encountered a standoff in their disputes. Using the AI chatbot for six months, Versaci and Bala succeeded in navigating their problems.
