The hype engulfing the recently debuted iPhone 17 series has long faded, and now the spotlight is on the forthcoming iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and the long-rumoured foldable iPhone.

Wondering when the incoming iPhone 18 series and Apple's first-ever foldable iPhone will launch? Mark your calendars since they will reportedly debut in 2026, with no details as to which month it will be.
All the upcoming iPhone models have evidently generated excitement among Apple freaks. This innovation represents a major advancement in smartphone design.
It is expected that the iPhone 18 Pro series will showcase enhanced features to facilitate technology enthusiasts globally. Both models will be equipped with a robust camera system, featuring dual 48-megapixel lenses, one for the main camera and another for ultra-wide shots.
Reports have also been churned out by tipsters that these devices will be equipped with Sony’s latest sensors to deliver crispy photos and videos, especially in low-light conditions.
Coming to the build quality of the expected iPhone 17 successor, it will feature a titanium frame for enhanced durability, complemented by an aluminium layer for effective heat dissipation.
Foldable iPhone design and features
The foldable iPhone will come in a book-style design, reminiscent of the Samsung Galaxy Fold and Google Pixel Fold, and will include a 5.5-inch external display alongside a 7.8-inch foldable internal display made from ultra-thin glass made by Samsung.
The handset will also boast an under-screen camera to facilitate a seamless display without notches or punch holes, with a slim profile measuring between 4.5 and 4.8 millimetres in thickness.
Another notable property of the new iPhones is Apple’s first fully in-house 5G modem, anticipated to significantly improve network performance and speed.
Foldable iPhone price
Speculations have it that the foldable iPhone would retail between $1,800 and $2,500, nearly double the price of the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
