
Bungie unveiled its plans for September 9 as the studio is preparing to unfold the future of Destiny 2, but also celebrate the 10th anniversary of the company with an in-game event.
The launch of The Final Shape has provided Destiny 2 a significant boost in the gaming industry, while things have not gone to plan as Bungie experienced a second round of major layoffs.
According to the reports and rumours, Bungie is scaling down the size of future content, fans have begun to get concerned about the future updates of the game.
Taking to the weekly blog post, Bungie started with a couple of big announcements. Meanwhile, the company is ready to disclose its goals and plans for the future of Destiny 2.

The company advised that this is planned to be the start of a conversation intended to happen soon, while fans should soothe their expectations a bit as expected not to be a massive announcement for the mysterious Codename: Frontiers.
In addition, Bungie confirmed the earlier purported 10th anniversary event for the Destiny franchise by revealing a small in-game celebration starting next week, including that the company has hinted at free Legendary armour, a new Title to chase, Bungie Rewards, and much more for the Destiny 2 fans.
