Fortnite, a free multiplayer game developed by Epic Games, is set to disappear from another mobile storefront. The game development company announced that it will no longer be selling its games through the Samsung Galaxy Store.
The popular battle royale game, along with the Epic library, will leave mobile stores that serve as rent collectors without competing robustly and serving all developers fairly.

The company also explained that Samsung's Auto Blocker tool is the main reason why it won’t be available on the Samsung store anymore.
Auto Blocker
Recently, Samsung introduced the Auto Blocker, a security feature that prevents sideloading apps and downloads via USB cable on its phones. This action has been taken to prevent users from installing malware.
This new feature is available on Samsung’s latest flagship models, which include the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6.
Although users can disable Auto Blocker from the phone’s Settings app, it is enabled by default on Samsung devices. Therefore, Epic had to remove Fortnite from the Samsung Galaxy Store.
Epic’s Next Move
Following the removal from the Samsung Galaxy Store, Epic Games has announced plans to make Fortnite available on three third-party app stores, including AltStore. Additionally, Epic will be introducing the Epic Games Store as a standalone app store on iOS and Android, complete with payment processing fees.
