In the same manner as that of Apple's September 9 event dubbed "It's Glowtime", the archrival Samsung too has been in the rumour mill for a considerable amount of time, with rumours hinting at the next fleet of its flagship S lineup, the Samsung Galaxy S25.
Although previous rumours have already tipped so much about the upcoming Galaxy S25 series, the latest one from a trustworthy source has brought some fresh renders to the surface which could be translated to what Samsung's next Galaxy S series will look and feel like.
As far as the entire Galaxy S25 series is concerned, Samsung is going to bring three models this year, including the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra, with the last one being the focal point for Gadinsider today.
The latest design and dimensions of the Galaxy S25 Ultra surfaced from the same tipster who recently brought to light identical design properties of the Galaxy Galaxy S25 Ultra and iPhone 16 Pro Max.
Citing Ice Universe, a prominent tipster, Android Headlines reported that the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s dimensions are 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2mm, and if comes to fruition, this will make the handset the slimmest Ultra trim of all the Galaxy S lineups Samsung has ever launched.
As per the publication, the depth of the Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to be 8.2mm, which is 0.4 mm less than the waist of the 8.6mm Galaxy S24 Ultra model.
Galaxy S25 Ultra will support S Pen
The Galaxy S25 Ultra will have “almost the same screen size, length, width, height, and bezel” as the upcoming iPhone 16 Pro Max. This remark hints at a 6.9-inch screen on the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
The tipster also speculated that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will keep up the legacy of supporting an S Pen.
