Google Wallet extends services to 26 more banks in US

Google Wallet, a flagship e-payment service from Google, is a well-reputed one for various reasons, with the most prominent being its vastly accessible network with around 5,000 banks recognising it.

In a bid to further expand the horizon of this service's footprint, Google has added to the list of supported banks on Google Wallet 26 new banks from different states of America.

These states include California, Colorado, Illinois, Washington, Wisconsin, and more. Additionally, a few others are added without any particular home states:

Here’s how to add your card to Google Wallet

Follow these steps to add your card to Google Wallet:

  1. Firstly, navigate the Google Wallet app and click the + Add to Wallet button, placed at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Now, navigate to ‘Payment Card’ and click on it.
  3. Afterwards, submit all the required details, now scan it along with your camera and then, click it on the Save button.
  4. Now, accept all the terms and conditions and your card will be used easily.
