WhatsApp, known for its safe and secure communication features, continues to enhance user experience with new updates.
The popular messaging platform owned by Meta has introduced a feature that enables its users to access the platform without an active internet connection.
The feature was introduced in response to internet blackouts in countries worldwide where connectivity issues lately have been preventing people from contacting their friends and family.

This new feature has proxy technology, enabling users to connect to WhatsApp through servers set up by volunteers and organisations that promote freedom of speech globally.
However, WhatsApp has also ensured that its users’ privacy remains intact when they are using such proxy servers.

To connect to proxy servers, WhatsApp users both Android and iOS can follow these steps.
