Honda officially unveiled the Activa E in India on Wednesday, venturing into the automobile landscape. The much-anticipated two-wheeler is specifically tailored for the Indian market and integrated with cutting-edge technology, catering to the diverse requirements of users.
The EV consists of several significant features including the swappable battery packs that promise a range of almost 102 kilometres, ensuring a safer, smoother, and sustainable riding experience.
Honda Activa E specs
Honda Activa E is equipped with a wheel-side electric motor consisting of a rated output of 4.2 kW, a maximum output of 6.0 kW, and 22Nm of peak torque. It offers three driving modes — Econ, Sport, and Standard — for tailored performance and convenience.
One of the standout features of the Activa E is its improved connectivity features, enabling users to make phone calls and switch navigation via Bluetooth smartphone connection.

Here are a few additional features of Honda Activa E:

- Alloy wheels paired with front disc brakes
Furthermore, the Honda Activa E is specifically designed for short commutes. The scooter is purported to have a maximum range of 80km and is equipped with a 1.5 kWh battery pack with an in-wheel motor and a rated output of 1.2 kW and a maximum output of almost 1.8 kW.

Honda Activa E will be available to buy from Spring 2025 in Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai. The company further announced the rollout of its battery-sharing service known as Honda e: Swap which utilises the Mobile Power Pack e in a few cities and leverages the Mobile Power Pack e in these urban centres.
The Honda Activa E is available in Standard and Sync Duo versions in several tantalising hues including Pearl Igneous Black, Pearl Shallow Blue, Pearl Serenity Blue, Matt Foggy Silver Metallic, and Pearl Misty White colours.
