Honor is working on a new smartphone, the Honor GT Pro, which will be released as a significant upgrade over the standard Honor GT.

Digital Chat Station, a renowned tipster, recently revealed key specifications of the upcoming device. He anticipated that the Honor GT Pro will debut after the Honor 400 series, which is expected to launch in China in May.

It is expected to be an affordable flagship in the market to rival the Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition, OnePlus Ace 5 Pro, iQOO Neo 10, and Redmi K80 Pro.

As per the leak, the Honor GT Pro is expected to be powered by the robust Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, making it one of the most affordable phones with this processor. The handset will reportedly sport a 6.78-inch flat OLED display with a 1.5K resolution.

The Honor GT Pro is expected to pack a 6,000mAh battery, a notable improvement over the standard GT model's 5,300mAh battery. The device will likely support 100W fast charging.

In terms of camera capabilities, the Honor GT Pro will feature a 50MP primary sensor, accompanied by a 12MP ultra-wide lens.

Moreover, Honor is rumoured to be developing two foldable devices, the Magic V4 and Magic V2 Flip, for the Chinese market.
