
Huawei has recently launched its latest smartphone, the Huawei Enjoy 70, in China. The phone is expected to be released this month. The Huawei Enjoy 70 is the latest addition to the Nova Y-series and is powered by Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 680 SoC.
The phone runs EMUI 13 out-of-the-box and sports a striking circular camera module on the back panel. It appears to be the global variant of the Huawei Enjoy 60x, which was launched in China.
Huawei Enjoy 70: Display and design
Huawei Enjoy 70 features a large 6.75-inch HD+ LCD with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The phone is available in three colours: black, white, and green.
Camera
The phone features a large circular centre-aligned camera module at the top of the back panel and features a golden frame. The module includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel sensor and an LED flash unit. The front camera of the Huawei Enjoy 70 is equipped with an 8-megapixel sensor.
Battery and storage
Huawei Enjoy 70 is backed by a 7,000mAh battery unit with 22.5W wired fast charging support. The phone includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and a USB Type-C port. It supports dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 801.ac, Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS connectivity. The phone is listed with two storage options - 128GB and 256GB coupled with 8GB RAM.
Price and availability
Huawei Enjoy 70 comes in three colour options: Emerald Green, Obsidian Black, and Snowy White. It is offered in two configurations, namely 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. The pricing for these variants is CNY 1,199 (approximately Rs. 14,000) and CNY 1,399 (approximately Rs. 16,300) respectively.
Interested customers can currently pre-order the Huawei Enjoy 70 through the VMall website. By making a pre-order deposit of CNY 100 (roughly Rs. 1,200), customers can avail a discount of CNY 150 (roughly Rs. 1,800). Additionally, the first 500 customers to place an order for the handset will receive a complimentary Huawei AI Speaker 2e.
