Huawei has confirmed to launch the HarmonyOS 6 operating system with a unique capability, an iOS file transfer feature, by the end of this year.

You can get this feature through a dedicated app, available on the App Store, which mirrors Huawei's native device connection service interface. You can easily use this app to manage available and connected devices.

It should be noted that Huawei has been offering file sharing across devices since the launch of the HarmonyOS operating system, which allows you to share files across different devices, such as mobile, tablet, TV and other platforms.

The file transfer feature will support file sharing, such as photos, videos, files and other extensions. Huawei said that HarmonyOS 6 will bring advancements in speed, intelligence and multi-device collaboration.

This feature is set to be compatible with Huawei smartphones, tablets and PCs running HarmonyOS 6 or newer. For Apple users, the feature requires devices on iOS 13, iPadOS 13, and macOS 10.15 or above.

The company currently offers a public beta version of HarmonyOS 6, which introduces a seamless mutual transfer experience with Apple, iOS, iPadOS, and macOS devices.
