Infinix Hot 40i made its debut in India following its initial launch in Saudi Arabia a few months earlier. Powered by an octa-core Unisoc chipset and equipped with a 5,000mAh battery, the phone boasts a dual rear camera setup with AI capabilities and it features a 32-megapixel selfie camera sensor. It comes in four colour options and is set to hit the Indian market later this month.

The Infinix Hot 40i sports a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate, 480nits peak brightness, and an 89.7% screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T606 chipset coupled with a Mali-G57 MC1 GPU and up to 8GB of RAM, expandable virtually to 16GB.
Running on Android 13-based XOS 13.0, the phone packs a dual rear camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an AI-backed sensor, along with a Quad-LED Ring flash. On the front, there's a 32-megapixel selfie camera with dual flash, housed within a centred hole-punch slot surrounded by the Magic Ring feature.

The Infinix Hot 40i is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 18W wired fast charging support. It offers up to 256GB of onboard storage, expandable up to 1TB via microSD card. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C, GPS, FM, and NFC.
The phone features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an IP53 rating for dust and splash resistance. Measuring 163.59mm x 75.5mm x 8.30mm and weighing 190g, it provides a comprehensive set of features in a sleek package.

According to Gadgets360, the Infinix Hot 40i pricing starts at INR 8,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, inclusive of bank offers in India. The 8GB + 256GB model is listed on Flipkart at INR 9,999. The phone will go on sale in the country from February 21.
