Although the tech giant Apple hasn’t introduced any notable shifts in the designs and sizes of its flagship, best-selling product: the iPhone, the norm is now destined to be shoved under the carpet with the 2024 iPhone 16 series.
Purportedly, the Pro models are set to feature larger display sizes than we have today with iPhone 15 Pro models.

iPhone 16 Pro models' display sizes
In view of credible and trustworthy sources, the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will feature display sizes measuring 6.3 inches and 6.9 inches, respectively.
If we go deeper into the details, the iPhone 16 Pro will have a 6.27-inch display, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max will feature a 6.85-inch screen.
And subsequently, this change in display sizes will propel the overall dimensions of the devices, making the pro models a little taller than their predecessors.
The extended appearance of the pro models will allow the iPhone maker to place components inside, and offer larger and longer-lasting batteries.
iPhone 16 display technology
Apple is expected to utilise tiny lenses to make the screens on next year's iPhone 16 brighter without using too much power. These tiny lenses, called micro-lens arrays, employ a myriad of small lenses inside the screen to reduce reflection. This makes the screen look brighter without draining more power of the device.
Additionally, Samsung is exclusively working on a screen material called OLED, capable of making the iPhone 16's display consume less energy.
Apart from the pro models, there are no reports or indications of any change in the design and screen sizes of the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus.
