Taking to X (formerly recognised as Twitter), a tipster Ice Universe shared an early mockup of the Galaxy S25 Ultra displaying one significant design change. It is likely to come with rounded corners and flat sides.
Moreover, the renders display the flagship phone with rounded corners compared to the current generation. Rounded corners are predicted to enhance the phone's ergonomics. The Galaxy S25 Ultra appears to have a centrally located hole punch cutout and slim bezels. It is showcased with an S-Pen.
The tipster has shared side-by-side pictures of the proposed Galaxy S25 Ultra with the unannounced iPhone 16 Pro Max and Galaxy S24 Ultra highlighting the rounded design of the upcoming phone.

While the rounded edges give an enhanced look to the Galaxy S25 Ultra with a flat front and back. The tipster Ice Universe said that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be completely different from its predecessor. It is claimed to arrive with a narrower body than the Galaxy S24 Ultra and a wider screen.

Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to feature 16GB RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The handset is likely to come with a slimmer middle frame. It is said to boast an upgraded quad rear camera setup, having a 200MP main camera and a 50MP sensor with 5x optical zoom.
Additionally, the ultra-wide-angle and telephoto sensors might get an update with 50MP lenses.
Samsung is anticipated to house Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC on the Galaxy S25 Ultra. It is rumoured to pack a 5,000mAh battery supporting 45W charging.
