The much-anticipated Vivo X100 series, comprising the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro models, is gearing up for its grand debut in India on January 4. With just a week remaining until their official launch, leaked details about the phones' pricing have surfaced online. Sources suggest that the flagship handsets are likely to kick off at Rs 63,999 in the country.

Both the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro, equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, have already made their mark in China and selected global markets. For the Indian market, these variants will come with an 8T LTPO display and Zeiss-branded triple rear cameras, highlighted by a 50-megapixel 1-inch-type main camera.

According to reports from The TechOutlook, the Vivo X100 is expected to hit the market at a starting price of Rs 63,999 for the base model with 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, while the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant might be priced at Rs 69,999. On the other hand, the Vivo X100 Pro is projected to launch at Rs 89,999 for the single model featuring 16GB RAM + 512GB storage.

In their China debut last month, the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro entered the market with initial price tags of CNY 4,999 (approximately Rs 56,500) and CNY 3,999 (approximately Rs 50,000), respectively. Subsequently, these models made their way to select global countries with price points of around HK$7,998 (approximately Rs 85,224) for the Vivo X100 and HK$5,998 (approximately Rs 63,917) for the Vivo X100 Pro.

Highlighting some key specifications, both devices from the Vivo X100 series feature curved 6.78-inch 8 LTPO AMOLED screens offering a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. They are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, coupled with Vivo's V3 chip. Additionally, both models showcase Zeiss-branded triple rear camera setups and a 32-megapixel selfie camera.

In terms of battery prowess, the Vivo X100 houses a robust 5,000mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging, while the Vivo X100 Pro boasts a 5,400mAh unit, equipped with 100W charging and 50W wireless charging capabilities. Moreover, these smartphones are built to endure, boasting an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
