
The Moto G05 has officially unveiled in India on Tuesday, following its launch in select global markets in December 2024. The device comes with several impressive features, including the MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme chipset and a 5,200mAh battery supporting 18W wired charging, offering a smooth and intuitive user experience.

The Moto G05 boasts an enlarged 6.67-inch HD+ with 720 x 1,612 pixels resolution LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and 1,000 nits peak brightness level, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The device is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme chipset coupled with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of onboard storage.
Storage can be expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card, and RAM can be extended up to 12GB for a more responsive experience.
In terms of camera capabilities, the Moto G05 features a 50MP rear camera with Quad Pixel Technology for clearer, sharper photos, paired with an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies, making it a substantial choice for photography enthusiasts.
The device runs on Android 15, with Hello UI skin on top.

It is available in two elegant colour options including Forest Green and Plum Red.
Moto G05 Price in India and availability
The Moto G05 is priced at INR 6,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. It will be available for purchase via Flipkart and offline retail stores starting at 12pm IST on January 13.
