
Tecno has introduced a range of new devices, including the Tecno POVA 6 Pro smartphone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024, — happening in Barcelona, Spain — succeeding the POVA 5 Pro.
Positioned as a mid-range gaming-focused device, it boasts a semi-transparent design with LED lights.
Tecno POVA 6 Pro specifications
The Tecno POVA 6 Pro showcases a semi-transparent back panel with a precise lithography texture beneath it. The device holds on to the LED light strip design from its predecessor, it houses 210 mini LEDs with nine customisable lighting modes, positioned on the right side of the camera sensors.
It features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, the screen integrates a fingerprint scanner. It sports a 32MP front-facing selfie camera. In terms of camera, the smartphone boasts a triple rear camera setup, comprising a 108MP primary sensor with in-sensor zoom for 10x shots, a 2MP depth lens, and an AI unit.

The device is powered by a Dimensity 6080 processor, offering options of 8GB and 12GB RAM with virtual RAM technology, alongside 256GB of onboard storage. The device also incorporates a heat dissipation system. It houses a robust 6,000mAh battery with support for 70W wired charging and 10W reverse charging.
The Tecno POVA 6 will initially launch in the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and India, and later expand to other markets. It will be available in Meteorite Grey and Comet Green colour options. Pricing details will be unveiled closer to the launch.
