Nothing is set to launch its first Community Edition handset at the end of October. The forthcoming smartphone of the “Nothing Phone 2a Community Edition Project” began in March this year.

The United Kingdom (UK)-based tech brand has taken design, wallpaper, and packaging ideas from the community. Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Nothing unveiled that it will launch the Nothing Phone 2a Community Edition smartphone during their next quarterly update set for October 30 at 11:00 GMT (4:30pm IST).

The final design of the Nothing Phone 2a Community Edition houses a Phosphorescence concept with a green finish that glows in the dark.

The Nothing Phone 2a runs on MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro SoC and features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,412 pixels) AMOLED display with an adaptive refresh rate ranging from 30Hz to 120Hz. It houses dual 50MP dual cameras at the back and has a 32MP selfie camera.

Nothing has boasted a 5,000mAh battery on the Phone 2a supporting 45W fast charging.

The price of Phone 2a price in India was officially set at INR 23,999 for the base variant of 8GB RAM with 128GB storage configuration.
