Ahead of Oppo Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro launch on May 23, new leaks surfaced across the social media revealing more colour options along with other powerful features.
Previously, Oppo only showed a silver Reno 12 and a purple Reno 12 Pro officially. Tipster Evan Blass, taking to X (formerly known as Twitter), shared the official renders of Oppo Reno 12 series.
The Reno 12 will come in light pink and dark gray/black, while the Reno 12 Pro will be available in two colour options — purple and black options. The silver and purple versions of both phones will have a unique wave-like pattern on the back.

These new mid-range phones are expected to launch in China on May 23. They will be available in a large 6.7-inch OLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The standard Reno 12 might use a Dimensity 8250 processor, while the Pro version will have a Dimensity of 9200+ chipset.
Both phones are rumoured to have similar storage options, i.e., 12GB RAM with 512GB storage, 16GB RAM with 256GB storage, and a 16GB RAM with 512GB storage option. They will also have a 5,000mAh battery to keep them powered, possibly with support for fast 80W wired charging. On the camera front, they are said to have a 50-megapixel selfie camera and a triple rear camera system with a 50-megapixel main sensor.
