The Poco F7 is expected to launch globally by the end of May 2025, according to new leaks. Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco, known for offering powerful smartphones at competitive prices, might first release the Poco F7 in Asian markets before expanding worldwide.

The upcoming phone will be based on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, with performance to offer robust results and optimised power usage.

Rumours indicate that the Poco F7 may be a rebranded Redmi Turbo 4 Pro, something Xiaomi has already done with Poco devices.

Poco F7 specifications

The Poco F7 will have a 6.83-inch flat OLED screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution. The screen will probably support HDR10+ and go up to 3200 nits of peak brightness, making it great for outdoor use.

Internally, the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, which is quicker than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 from last year, should provide silky-smooth performance, even if its GPU is not as strong as that of its predecessor.

Moreover, battery life is also one of the high points of the new Poco F7. It is speculated to pack a huge 7550 mAh battery in a super slim 8mm body.

Although wireless charging may be absent, the device may feature 90W fast wired charging. Camera features may include a 50 MP primary sensor, an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 20 MP selfie shooter.
