PUBG Mobile on Wednesday announced its new version, update 4.1, which brings several advancements inspired by the battle royale title's esports scene.
The company said that players loading into matches can visit themed arenas inspired by the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2025, starting from November 24.

PUBG Mobile 4.1 update's classic mode features a range of themed visuals inspired by the esports event. Moreover, the Erangel and Livik maps feature an in-game version of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship venue.
It should be noted that players who visit the venue can engage with a 'special photo spot' which gives a Champion Pack, equipped with high-value in-game rewards that could provide the upper hand during a match.
The version 4.1 update unveils a suite of advancements to the title's weapon arsenal. Long-range damage drop-off for rifles could shake up the existing meta, while combat sound effects aim to enhance awareness.
You will get a new game mode named 'Frosty Funland' in the PUBG Mobile 4.1 update, as it will include Penguin Ville and Penguin Towns, set to be available across different maps, such as Livik, Vikendi, and Erangel. They can interact with other sorts of AI NPCs.
According to Krafton, the developer company, the launch of esports-inspired arenas and cosmetic items into PUBG Mobile gives you a chance to engage with the title's biggest tournament of the year.
