Realme GT 7 Pro India launch confirmed: Expected arrival by year-end

Realme, a Chinese tech company, launched its new GT series smartphone: Realme GT 6T in India last week boasting the 4nm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset.

The unveiling of the smartphone marked the return of the GT series to the country after a break. The company’s Vice President Chase Xu claimed that the Indian market will see the release of the Realme GT 7 Pro.

While, answering the user’s queries on why the company did not release the Realme GT 5 Pro in India, Chase Xu claimed that Realme will unveil the GT 7 Pro in India this year, but he did not mention the accurate launch date and any specifications about the smartphone.

The Realme GT 5 Pro was unveiled last year in China, running on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The users can expect the Realme GT 7 Pro to officially released by the end of this year by looking at these details. Realme is likely to launch another GT-series smartphone: Realme GT 6 in June.

Realme GT 5 Pro base variant of 12GB RAM with 256GB storage space costs CNY 3,298 (roughly INR 40,000). It boasts a 6.78-inch 1.5K (1,264x2,780 pixels) AMOLED display with up to 144Hz refresh rate and up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness.

The phone features a triple rear camera setup, having a 50 MP Sony LYT-808 sensor. On the front, there is a 32 MP Sony IMX615 camera for selfies.
