The Samsung Galaxy A36 is creating a buzz as multiple official listings for the phone have surfaced online. Approved by the BIS regulatory body under the model code SM-A366E/DS, the phone now has official support pages on Samsung Kazakhstan and Samsung Russia websites. These developments indicate the launch is just around the corner.
The Galaxy A36 will feature dual SIM support, but the listings reveal little about its specifications. According to rumours, the design of the Galaxy A36 has been refreshed, featuring a unified camera island instead of three separate lenses. Shrinking bezels also add a modern look.
Samsung Galaxy A36 specification
For performance, Geekbench suggests the Samsung Galaxy A36 may come with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 or Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, though this hasn’t been confirmed.
Moreover, it will run on the latest Android 15 OS with One UI 7, making it one of the first mid-range phones to use this software.
The Galaxy A36 is also getting an enhancement in charging speed, moving up to 45W fast charging from the previous 25W standard.
However, the battery remains the same at 5000mAh, ensuring a balance between power and durability.
