The story of top songs in Pakistan is equally alluring. “Jhol” by Maanu and Annural Khalid sits at number one, followed by “Pal Pal” by Afusic and AliSoomroMusic, and third position goes to “Maand” by Bayaan, Hasan Raheem, and Rovalio.
Further down the list, “Departure Lane” by Talha Anjum and Umair and “Wishes” by Hasan Raheem, Umair, and Talwiinder keep up the diversity of the sounds that push the country's streams.
Top albums focus on both fan favourites and new releases. Bayaan's Safar topped the chart, while My Terrible Mind and Open Letter by Talha Anjum and Umair took the second and third positions, respectively, with ROCKSTAR WITHOUT A GUITAR by Umair following next. These rankings indeed mirror the growth of hip-hop in Pakistan, which grew 35% this year.
