
Vivo is gearing up to launch its latest V-series smartphone, the Vivo V50, in India, as a poster recently surfaced on social media, according to which Vivo’s upcoming smartphone is expected to be released on February 18.
It's worth mentioning that the Vivo V50 has already received certifications in multiple countries, including Malaysia and Taiwan, indicating a broader release beyond the Indian market.
Although there are no details regarding the specs of the V50 series, speculation suggested that the Vivo V50 might be a rebranded version of the Vivo S20, which launched in China in December 2024.

As suggested by previous leaks, the Vivo V50 will sport a 6.67-inch AMOLED micro-quad-curved screen offering a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
The handset is expected to run on Android 15 and Funtouch OS 15.
Powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, the Vivo V50 will be available in three configurations: 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM with 256GB of onboard storage.
The device is expected to be backed by a massive 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
In terms of cameras, the Vivo V50 is expected to feature a 50MP primary camera with OIS support and a 50MP ultra-wide lens.
Moreover, for selfies, it might include a 50MP front camera with autofocus support.
