Emerging on the internet, latest rumours suggest that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra could be added to the lineup soon and launch in March 2023. The alleged cover glass for the Xiaomi 14 Ultra recently surfaced online, revealing camera details.
The leaked image, featuring Leica branding, shows similar camera cut-outs to the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, but with slightly larger lens holes, hinting at potentially brighter lenses. Reports suggest the primary camera might have an f/1.6 aperture, an improvement over the predecessor's f/1.9 aperture.
According to Gadgets360, the periscope telephoto camera is anticipated to feature an f/2.5 aperture compared to the Xiaomi 13 Ultra's f/3.0 aperture. Previous rumours hinted at a Sony LYT-900 sensor with a variable aperture (f/1.63-f/2.5) and an aspherical lens called Vario-Summilux 1:1.63-2.5/12-120 for the primary camera. Additionally, a 120mm periscope telephoto camera was mentioned in the leaks.

Another report suggested the Xiaomi 14 Ultra might be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 2K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 5,180mAh battery with 90W wired charging, and 50W wireless charging support.
Xiaomi 14 launch in India
The Xiaomi 14 series is rumoured to launch in India, alongside other global markets, at the Mobile World Congress (MWC 2024) between February 26 and February 29. However, there is no official confirmation from the company.
