The Xiaomi 14 series is set to make its global debut on February 25, featuring the base Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro models that were introduced in China in October 2023.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is expected to join the lineup. Although Xiaomi has not officially confirmed details about this top-tier model, recent online leaks and hands-on images have provided some insights into its specifications.

Taking to X (formerly named Twitter), tipster Yogesh Brar said the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is anticipated to feature a 6.73-inch QHD+ AMOLED LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, with the smartphone likely running on Android 14-based HyperOS, similar to the existing models in the series.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is expected to house a 5,300mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging. It may also have an IP68 dust and splash resistance rating for added durability. Details regarding the device's pricing, RAM, and storage configurations have not yet been disclosed.

The tipster stated that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra could sport a Leica-backed triple rear camera setup. This setup may comprise a 50-megapixel 1-inch primary camera, a 50-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide lens, and two additional 50-megapixel sensors offering zoom capabilities of up to 3x and 5x respectively. Additionally, the front camera is speculated to feature a 32-megapixel sensor.
Earlier, leaks showcased a hands-on image of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, depicting the phone in an off-white hue with a prominent circular rear camera module resembling its predecessor, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
