Xiaomi has officially announced that its upcoming flagship device, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, will be launched in February in China.

While the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will initially launch in the Chinese market, it's likely that the handset will make its global debut at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in the first week of March.

Prior to the official launch, tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore disclosed details about the global variant's storage, RAM options, and other key features.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra specs (expected)

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is expected to feature a similar design to its predecessor, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, with a circular camera module.

According to the tipster, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be available with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage, mirroring the spec sheet of its predecessor. As per 3C certification, it's likely to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.

Backed by a 6,000mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is rumoured to feature a 200MP periscope telephoto lens and a sensor.

The tipster also shared insights into the handset’s colour options, which may include black, white, and silver.
